Fire alarm Maintenance

High Security Group have launched a new innovative service management system that helps to reduce clients annual fire alarm maintenance, simply by charging the clients for engineering time spent on Site.

T.I.M.E was launched in March 2010, to ensure our clients recieved an improved level of Fire alarm maintenance to it customers.

Each client can log on to our service management system and see what has been maintained and how long our engineers spent maintaining their fire alarm.

Legislation under the Regualatoty Reform Order states that all fire alarm systems have to be maintained on a regular basis and is a cost which seems to increase every year.

Traditionally the industry has price matched or calculated the charge based on a percentage of installation value, whcih was never best value for money.

We are rolling this service out to all services include CCTV Monitoring and Intruder alarm maintenance.and tagging systems.

We have recenlty save Aldi and Jeyes over 50% on their maintenance costs as well as many high street retailers.
